Official Marion County criminal-record questions belong with the government office that keeps the requested document. This private site cannot receive or fulfill those requests. The contacts below route court files to the Circuit Court Clerk, sheriff and jail material to the Sheriff's Department, statewide histories to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and registry questions to the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
