How to Look Up Marion County Arrests

Marion Release Is Not Dismissal

A released status answers a custody question only. It may mean bond was posted, the court ordered release on recognizance, a sentence ended, or another agency took custody. It does not show that the prosecutor dismissed the charge. A person may also leave the current roster while the General Sessions or Circuit Court case remains active.

Match the booking to the court docket by name, event date, agency, and any case or warrant identifier.
